US MODEL 1872 CAVALRY OFFICER SWORD:

In very good original condition. 100% authentic. 37 ½ inch blade. Fine brass hilt bearing a pleasing age patina. Very good original grip leather wrapping and wiring. Very good unmarked 31 ¾ inch blade showing some superficial staining. In its fine original brass mounted steel scabbard retaining most of its original nickel finish. A nice and classic US cavalry saber!
