ANTIQUE HAND FORGED JAPANESE SWORD BLADE: 

In very good general condition. Blade in wood shira saya. The sword is 28 ¼ inch overall long. Illegible signature on tang. Very good 23 1/4 inch blade with a faint temper line on both sides. Some superficial staining and light oxidation in areas. One small edge nick about one inch away from the tang (see photos). A genuine, antique Japanese blade!
