SCARCE JAPANESE WW2 POLICE SWORD: 

In very good general condition. 100% authentic. 28 inch overall length. Fine brass hilt with fine grip retaining about 70% original wiring. Fine unmarked 21 1/2 inch blade showing a faint wavy temper line on both sides and some superficial staining toward the tip (see photos). No nicks, dings… on the cutting edge. In its very good original steel scabbard retaining most original nickel finish mixed with an untouched smooth age patina. A classic Japanese edge weapon !
