In very good original condition. 100% authentic. 39 ¾ inch overall length. No scabbard. Very good original brass hilt. Good original wood grip showing some losses to the leather wrapping (see photos). Very good unmarked 34 3/8inch blade showing some superficial staining in areas. No nicks, dings, etc. on the cutting edge. Blade and hilt perfectly tight together. An attractive 1st Empire cavalry saber!
