NICE US NAVY MODEL 1885 REMINGTON LEE RIFLE: In fine general condition. 45-70 caliber. Fine metal retaining some of its original finish mixed with a pleasing smooth patina throughout. Excellent markings. Fine stock showing light handling marks in areas. Small unknown brass plate on right side of the stock. Correct cleaning rod with no threading on tip. Excellent action and bore. A desirable USN rifle!
