RARE 19th CENTURY FRENCH St ETIENNE GIFFARD AIR PISTOL: 

In very close to mint original condition. 17 3/8 inch overall length. 4. 5mm caliber. Excellent metal retaining just about all of its original finish. Nicely engraved on frame, backstrap, triggerguard and buttcap . St-Etienne marked on barrel top. Misc. proofmarks. Excellent original finely checkered walnut grips. Excellent action and bore. A splendid and very rare air gun!
